Norbram Group Insurance Benefits Inc. was founded in 1978 by George Dell. The company name was derived from an early connection with the North Brampton area. With a continuous commitment to providing objective advice and cost effective product solutions, Norbram has grown substantially over the years. Today, the Norbram team proudly manages the employee benefits programs of over 3000 clients.

As Canada's largest agency supporting the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan, we work closely with Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade across the GTA to bring you the program. The Chambers Plan currently provides sustainable benefits to over 30,000 small and medium sized businesses across the country. Operating as a not-for-profit plan with no minimum number of employees and no industry restrictions, the Chambers Plan is a great fit for many organizations.

In addition to providing the Chambers Plan, Norbram also operates as a full service brokerage firm. Through our partnerships with leading insurance providers, we are well positioned to negotiate on your behalf and can source the right employee benefits arrangement for your organization.
